By using SubmitVibeCode, you agree to our Terms of Service. Sellers warrant that they have the right to sell the code they list. Buyers agree to abide by the license terms of each purchase. SubmitVibeCode acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the quality or functionality of individual listings beyond our review process.
Privacy Policy
We collect minimal personal data necessary to operate the platform: your email, name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We do not sell your data to third parties. Analytics data is anonymized and used only to improve the platform experience.
Intellectual Property
Sellers retain copyright of their code. Buyers receive a license to use the code as specified in the listing. If you believe a listing infringes on your intellectual property, contact us at legal@submitvibecode.com and we will investigate promptly.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly. If no resolution is reached, contact our support team and we will mediate. Our decision is final regarding platform-related disputes.
